This is an opinion segment, where a writer picks three post, from the current month, that stood out to them or that's been added to a playlist and have it on repeat. I don't like long lists so we're just picking three, its that simple.
In no particular order, each month's post will hold three singles, sometimes all mixtapes, maybe all videos, or two singles and mixtape, etc etc.
Check it out below and let me know your three.

Going through some old music tonight and figured I'd let ya'll listen to it since it'll probably never see a release otherwise. This was written and recorded in 2007."

Working toward the completion of his upcoming project "187", Rockboy K9 put together a crowd funding campaign, kicking it off yesterday December 28th. Since releasing "Motive" featuring Clark Airlines, Rockboy has decided to call on the fans to get involved to play an important role in the creation of his upcoming EP.
"The definition of a "187" is a police code used to state when a murder takes place. In today's world many often stereotype people in the urban community as murderers, thieves and as a part of "the problem." Many people in those same urban communities also see themselves as only murderers, thieves and not part of " the problem" exactly but part of a world where the stereotypes that people put on them are 100% true. This being said I am raing money to fund my "187" EP through the good folks at indie GoGo."
Get involved and see what he trying to do.

Marcale “Calez” Lewis, 21, one of the city’s more melodic rappers, is a fixture on the indie scene. He’s popular. They didn’t see my vision. They wanted me to do it the way they wanted to do it. But I believe in myself.” - Calez for the Suntimes newspaper"The American Dream Concept" looks to bring you closer to and for fans to be more involved in who Calez is and his intentions in this industry. Checkout the quote below and find out how to get involved.
