The very outspoken Lupe Fiasco who recently took up the mission of bringing awareness through his music about cancer sat down with Katie Couric for an interview. They touched on pass comments and not regretting those comments, on President Obama. "Mission", a single he released last month that he aligned with the foundation Stand Up To Cancer, which we'll hear on "Tetsuo & Youth".
