These two artist have been kicking out plenty of records together, continuously providing fans with music to enjoy. This latest track is a rattler, which may pop some speaker, as EST. 85, Black Matt, and Seth Mzisk bring you a song called "Ocean Trap".

Taking the direct approach, Gzus Piece provides some choice words for the 'swine 5-0', painting a particular scene. With a hook that can easily get stuck in your head Gzus Piece kicks it off with the imagery of getting stop by the police followed by his Treated brethren Sulaiman expressing some distaste as well. Gzus ends with some dialogue from the cop who has some harassing words.
This is one the most most chills records to show dislike for someone or gang which put you in a state of sitting back in a chair and nonchalantly saying "fuck em". This super smooth beat was produced by Doc Da Mindbenda, so press play and tune in. And look out for more release from Gzus Piece in the near future.

What happens when you get three creatives producing music? Well sometimes nothing, but in OnGaud's case, you get a trio influencing the many sounds of Chicago rap/hip hop. Brian, Bes, & SolarFive, working out of their office/studio/trap in the Music Garage, have captured the ears of many artist and fans becoming some of the most sought after producers to work with in the local scene of Chicago.
Entering the space where they create is an instant vibe of comfort between the three. Kicking off the relaxing time with a few games of Super Smash Bros., a discussion of a tournament, music, and other topics before we got into the interview. After losing a couple of games the suggestion to start the interview came about, with the three of them express similar views on certain subject and different in others.
With the basics we get into the introduction and beginnings. Bes explains them coming together as a "pretty organic process", from working out of the space their in, and agreeing to do it collective. Following after SolarFive gives the humorous story of where the name "OnGaud" comes from. He goes on to imitate the inspiration of the name, singing "G-A-U-D, Gaud, Gaud..." and explaining it was god's works bringing them together. And after a track they produced where Vic Mensa says OnGaud they decided to stick with it, explains Brian.
Watch part one of the interview below.

Written by high school students, for high school students, the publication The Mash recently had the opportunity to sit and talk with Taylor Bennett. They touch on topic from college ambitions, Taylor's start as a rapper, best of living in Chicago, and more.
"I started off freestyling, so it started from pens and pencils at the lunch table, making beats that the teachers hated. Just trying to outdo anybody and any competitor. I was super competitive when it came to proving how good I was with my musical talent. … A couple months later I started writing actual music. … I’d have like a halfway finished verse and I used to think it was a whole song. I’d print it out and bring it to my friends at school, pass it out (and) try to see what they thought about it. … And my mom was like, “Why are you using all this ink? It’s not cheap!” And I was like, “Mom, you don’t know!” - Taylor Bennett for The Mash
