Surprise, Pavy is back with new music, a series of unreleased song packed as an EP titled "Sincerely, Caesar". Possibly recorded during the time of creating the project "R.O.M.E.", just reaching for correlation between the two, Pavy delivers a 4 track tracklist to get an early start on Valentine's Day. With the lone feature from C. Rich, the love is in the air on this, as Pavy states, "Just some songs dedicated to women, I wanted to do something for Valentine's Day so this is my gift to all the women out there I hope you enjoy it".
