As a kid, Vic Spencer's Grandmother Victoria Brown cooked Meatloaf 3 times a month. It was a family favorite. She said that Meatloaf needed onions for a better taste, but Vic thought otherwise. He picked the onions out every time. Over a decade later, Vic hits the studio to record Meatloaf.
