Xspo has been on the move to the release of his upcoming project. With the single release "Time" and other releases, so far "Hyper seem to be coming along pretty well. Recently Chi-City Hip Hop sat down with Xspo to get his view on writing vs freestyling a verse. He also spoke on the "Better With Time" mixtape and whether it was the same project as "Hyper".
