I think it's safe to say that Chicago's own Jeremih is one of the top leading R&B males out now. Maybe that's why DJ Khaled recruited him with the likes of Chris Brown, Future and R&B newcomer August Alsina. The "Hold You Down" cut appears on Khaled's 8th studio album.
