Surely growing past his past as a member of Ludacris' DTP roster, Lyriq has continued to work toward success in music independently. We heard song after song where he shows his ability to blend Hip Hop and R&B over production that beats the speakers. Through numerous loose tracks we got to hear Lyriq develop his sound and find what he aimed to put into a cohesive project. And he's also aligned himself with Treated Crew, a collective that's just grabbing up talent.
Today he liberates his new mixtape called "Dreams For Sale". We get 10 tracks of mostly Lyriq, with minimal features, and a variety of production. From predominately smooth and tranquil sounds that we would expect from a R&B singer to heavier bass songs like "Bed of Clouds", he provides music to chill to, enjoy with peers, and vibes to smoke to.
