Kweku Collins - Death of A Salesman

Gearing up for a new project release in April, on the 8th to be exact, Kweku is preparing the people with single releases and an upcoming live event. We'll be able to hear and see the man behind the music as he hits the stage at Reggies April 15, possibly hearing more from his new collection of music. "Say It Here, While It's Safe", was the previous project that was many, including ours, first introduction to his music but has kept the ears of the listeners since.

Kweku Collins recently delivered a new song, assuming its the second single from his project titled "Nat Love". In this single he gives direct criticism to a system that we live under, saying "see I have this Uncle Sam, and I hate his ass so much, with a finger in my face as if I should give a fuck. He centers in on how its Ok for us to pick arms to serve and shoot in a country with a high rate of gun violence. Collins gives us stark lyrics on America's gun violence through polish singing/rapping tempo, as a young voice who's willing to speak on more than the superficial. OddCouple, also a Closed Sessions signee, handles the production on par with song that we know from the "Lion King".
