Qari drops video for "The Motions", + release date for upcoming project

Qari and Mulatto have clearly been in the studio creating and getting ready to drop their own separate projects. Working at a pace that puts the focus on creating the best possible work, this latest release comes with an announcement of a release date to, Qari's upcoming solo project. As part of Hurt Everybody, we heard plenty of music from him with one solo EP under his belt, "BETA", that we know of. After the group's split, we heard many loose records and he teamed up with Morimoto for a collaborative effort, but now he gears up for the release of "Space Jam" on January 15th.

This new video, for the song "The Motions", gets production from Mulatto who provides a backdrop that holds soft strings combined with some drums that kick in the speaker quite nicely. Qari delivers a sort of melodic style of rap, in a monotone voice, dropping a reference to his old group, his daughter, and Chicago. "The Motions" centers being in a mode of just keeping it moving, the repeat of days gone past. Watch the video below.
