Lil Bibby brings us the third and final installment of his "Free Crack" mixtape series with part three. The heavy voice rapper broke out on the Chicago scene with fellow rapper G Herbo, proving to be up and comer to watch. Bibby has since followed his own path in rap building a buzz with content centered on the streets.
